Evocative, a global provider of data center, network, and bare metal solutions, needed to refine its product and content strategy to better align with market demands and customer needs. Evocative also I played a key role in shaping both the product and content strategies, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals and customer pain points.
Through this work, I influenced the direction of brand messaging, key offerings, and content that effectively communicated Evocative's value proposition, driving engagement and supporting growth across target markets. Virtually all of the public content about Evocative has been written by me.

Burwood Group, a leading IT Consulting, Integration, and Managed Services firm with over 100 solution capabilities, needed a cohesive brand story to effectively showcase its extensive portfolio. I developed a compelling narrative that not only structured the company's diverse offerings but also clearly communicated the full breadth of options to both customers and internal teams, driving alignment and engagement across the board. I was also responsible for 100% of the content related to each of these solutions.

OneLogin, a leader in identity and access management (IAM) solutions for enterprises, was developing a new lead generation pipeline and needed SEO-driven, educational content to engage prospects in the early stages of the buyer journey. Collaborating closely with the Head of Content, I helped execute a comprehensive content strategy while effectively communicating with technical teams to ensure alignment.
I played a key role in building a new section of the website that introduced prospects to IAM concepts, optimized SEO keywords across the site, and developed additional content to support lead generation efforts. As a result, the new webpages contributed to targeted keyword ranking improvements over competitors and a significant overall improvement in lead generation performance.

Tasktop, a leader in enterprise integration and value stream management software, sought support for content creation to highlight new product features and a major product release. They also needed a fresh perspective to enhance their content strategy for quarterly feature updates. I collaborated with Tasktop’s cross-functional teams to establish a formal framework for product feature launches and played a key role in creating content for Tasktop’s second-ever product launch.
My contributions included developing case studies, data sheets, blogs, documentation, and demo videos. The product and feature launches I managed or coordinated resulted in on-time, high-quality content deliverables that contributed to successful launches and enhanced Tasktop’s market presence.

Actum Processing
Actum, an ACH payment processor that integrates with hundreds of third-party payment management and bank verification software applications, was embarking on its first-ever digital growth strategy. The company sought to build market awareness, improve SEO, and establish a distinct brand voice.
As the lead on Actum’s content strategy, I developed and executed all content initiatives, including website design and content, blog posts, a pillar page, e-book, solution briefs, and technical documentation. My efforts led to a dramatic increase in Actum’s online visibility, resulting in over 1,000% SEO growth and a solidified brand presence in the market.

IBM
At IBM, I wore many creative hats, but my most content-driven role was on the IBM Cloud Network product team. As the company transitioned its cloud network portfolio from a legacy hosted infrastructure service (IaaS) to a digital, self-service software platform (SaaS), the demand for content surged with numerous new product launches.
I led the content strategy for 11 major product launches and supported the introduction of a new partner program, collaborating with 23 partners to create joint marketing content. My contributions included developing product pages, blogs, white papers, data sheets, demo videos, video scripts, technical documentation, and press releases. These efforts directly contributed to positive revenue growth for all launched products.

I played a key role in developing content and driving a social media strategy to enhance their visibility and market presence.
My contributions included creating blogs, data sheets, infographics, newsletters, and crafting a social media strategy that significantly boosted engagement and following. During my time with RF Code, digital marketing performance saw exponential improvement, with social media growth increasing by over 400% and achieving consistently high engagement.
